| ORDERING AND P&P INFORMATION
ORDERING To order card(s) click on “Add to basket” button to select each card that you want to add to your shopping basket. When you click on “Add to basket” a new browser window will open showing you the card(s) you have added to your basket, you can simply close the window and continue shopping or alternatively you can proceed to checkout for payment details. You may view your basket by clicking on “View basket” button at any stage to review the card(s) you have selected. PAYMENT Payment processing is performed using PayPal, which is completely a secure payment system. You do not even need to have a PayPal account and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. PRIVACY POLICY We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information you provide us to process and complete your order. We do not pass your details to any third party. POSTAGE & PACKAGING We try our best to process your order on the same day we receive (except Sat, Sun and Postal holidays) and post all cards the following working day, but please allow at least 5 working days to receive your order as all cards are hand decorated after printing giving an entire unique look to the cards. All our cards are delivered by First Class Royal Mail Service, the Royal Mail aims to deliver goods the next working day (can not guarantee the delivery times), but as mentioned above please allow at least 5 working days to receive your order as all cards are hand decorated to give an entire unique look to the cards. NOTE: If you order Personalised Business Greeting Cards or Invitation Cards then please allow at least 10 working days to receive your order. Postage and Packaging Charges (UK)

RETURN POLICY On receiving your order please inspect it immediately, whilst all care is taken to ensure suitable packaging has been used – if for instance you receive an order which is damaged due to delivery, please notify us on the same day of receiving it by email and we will arrange a replacement (as soon as we receive back the damaged order first) but not a refund. We would also not refund any postage costs including that of sending cards/gifts to you initially or that incurred by the customers to send the order back to Radiant Cards. NOTE: Refunds not allowed on: · Any Personalised or Invitation Cards as they are made according to your own individual requirements. · Wrongly ordered cards/gifts or · If you no longer want your ordered cards/gifts CANCELLING ORDERS Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled because as soon as we receive your order, we try our best to process it the same day (over 90% of our orders are processed the same day) so you receive your cards/gifts on time.
